Eagle Hunt Community Association, Inc. is a Pennsylvania nonprofit corporation formed to serve the planned community of Eagle Hunt. All homeowners in Eagle Hunt are members of the association which is governed by a 5-member volunteer board, with 3 voting members elected to 3-year terms and 2 non-voting members. The board is responsible for upholding the Declaration, Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, and Rules and Regulations of the community while protecting the health, safety, and general welfare of the residents of Eagle Hunt.
CCR Management
Eagle Hunt Community Association is managed through CCR Management, Inc. who provides administrative, financial, managerial, and operational counsel. Robyn Kelley of CCR Management serves as Eagle Hunt’s Community Manager.
Annual Homeowner Meeting
The Annual Homeowners Meeting is held in the Spring of each year. The 2023 meeting was held on Wednesday, May 24, 2023.
Monthly HOA Board Meetings
HOA board meetings are held virtually on the 2nd Thursday of the month at 6:00pm. All homeowners are welcome to attend these meetings. Please reach out to Robyn Kelley for login information.
