About Eagle Hunt Community Association

Eagle Hunt Community Association, Inc. is a Pennsylvania nonprofit corporation formed to serve the planned community of Eagle Hunt. All homeowners in Eagle Hunt are members of the association which is currently governed by a 3-member volunteer board. The board is responsible for upholding the Declaration, Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, and Rules and Regulations of the community while protecting the health, safety, and general welfare of the residents of Eagle Hunt.

CCR Management

Eagle Hunt Community Association is managed through CCR Management, Inc. who provides administrative, financial, managerial, and operational counsel. Robyn Kelley of CCR Management serves as Eagle Hunt’s Community Manager.

Annual Homeowner Meeting

Our next Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 23, 2026 from 5:30-8:00 at Upland Farm Park. Please RSVP if you plan on attending.

Monthly HOA Board Meetings

HOA board meetings are held virtually on the 2nd Friday of the month at noon. All homeowners are welcome to attend these meetings. Please reach out to Robyn Kelley for login information.

Get Involved

Joining a committee is a great way to get to know your neighbors and help build community in the neighborhood. There are multiple opportunities to get involved. If you’re interested in joining, or chairing, any of these committees, please reach out to [email protected].

Architectural Review Committee

The Architectural Review Committee reviews requests from homeowners for improvements to their properties, working with CCR Management to assess if the request fits within the community’s guidelines.

Communications Committee

The Communications Committee helps keep homeowners informed of events and notices. They help update the neighborhood website and calendar and prepare quarterly email newsletters.

Landscape Committee

The Landscape Committee works with the HOA and CCR Management to help oversee landscape contractors and make suggestions for landscape improvements in community spaces with an emphasis on environmentally-friendly practices.

Social and Hospitality Committee

The Social and Hospitality Committee plans events and volunteer opportunities for the community. The Social Committee also welcomes new homeowners to the neighborhood and coordinates support for neighbors that need a helping hand.

Woods and Trails Committee

The Woods and Trails Committee helps ensure the walkability of the neighborhood’s paved and unpaved trails. They help oversee landscape contractors for trail maintenance and managing overgrowth and invasive species mitigation in the neighborhood’s wooded areas.
